Agency Description: A not-for profit mental health agency whose mission is to enrich and empower the lives of it's clients by providing to them services and opportunities for meaningful emotional, social, vocational and educational growth. In Schoharie we operate a 12 bed, 24 hr. supervised community residence, a 14 bed apartment program, a 6 bed supported housing program. The Over-the-Rainbow Coffee House and Catered Affairs are two of our services.
