Agency Description: A not-for-profit organization that assists individuals with disabling conditions in achieving greater independence. The center provides services to persons residing in Delaware, Otsego, and Schoharie Counties.

Services provided: advocacy, peer counseling,disability/physical, developmental, architectural barrier consultation, attendant referral, benefits advisement, equipment repair and loan information, housing info and assistance, interpreter referral and services, speaker services, TDD relay, limited accessible transportation, voter registration.
